Now this is interesting. This is not made in London. It's just a brand name. These brushes were commissioned by QEDusa.com and they are available only on their website. The forums have not identified the maker - why should they? QED decided what they wanted, got someone to make them, and sell them. Simple really! And the brushes are rated very highly.
