Edwin Jagger make their brushes in their Sheffield Factory. You can see them being made on their U Tube Video They import their knots ready made and insert them into a wide range of handles. Edwin Jagger brushes are widely available in shops and on the internet. Another manufacturer/retailer, Jagger sell their shaving products directly through The English Shaving Company website.

I have been using my second EJ best badger brush for about 9 months and it has started to shed at an alarming rate. I am a careful user: my first brush lasted 8 years with daily use, did not shed like this and simply wore out. I am doing nothing different with this one. I am disappointed with this and wondering whether the knot was not well secured in the manufacture.
